Hearing From God - Week Two

We are in the second week of our series, Established in the Love of God, and today we’re diving into one of the most crucial aspects of being rooted in God’s love, hearing His voice.

In today’s world, prayer is often seen as a one-way conversation. If you talk to God, you’re considered spiritual. But if you claim to hear from God, some might think you’re a little crazy. Yet, the truth is God is still speaking, He hasn’t gone silent, and He certainly doesn’t have laryngitis! The real question is: Are we tuned in?

Jesus makes it clear in John 10:27, "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me."

God wants us to know His voice, follow Him, and experience life to the fullest—not just any life, but an abundant, overflowing life (John 10:10). However, in a world filled with distractions and competing voices, how do we discern God's voice from all the noise?
